Usually when advertisers get threatened by members discussing top non-advertised MLs in their neighbourhood. they ask moderators to delete the thread. Similarly West side thread also got deleted a few times. This is really bad for the forum because we, the general members become increasingly less enthusiastic about the postings knowing that most are sponsored. But the sbf needs to survive like any other business, so moderators must listen to paid advertisers. Over the time readers develop a gut feeling to figure out which postings are real and which ones are fake and they act accordingly.
So my advise is to start a new thread on Bukit Merah under a slightly different thread name (let us say use a nearby neighbourhood name or street name or something like that) and post there. Then keep reading keeping in mind that it’ll be deleted sometime in future. By then you’ll have a good idea about the gems there anyway. So we’ll know who to visit, who to avoid etc. And the cycle continues.
To be honest, does not make sense.

If the admin want to nuke non sponsored post, just go after the non sponsored post. Deleting everything mean even the post about sponsored ml also gone. Like that is ownself langar ownself.

That’s why I would prefer multiple small threads based on small neighbourhoodsand stay under the radar vs. one big thread covering everything (in West/East or Tanjong Pagar and surrounding). But open to any other smart strategy.
