Generally, indonesians cewek do not use the western naming practice of a first name and a family last name.
Majority of the javanese cewek only have one name and do not have family names.

(except minority of them have family name).
However, with the name listed, you are able to tell whether he/she is a javanese, sundanese, minangkabau, etc. for example those name with su or soe are likely to be javanese like suharto, sukarno, susilo (SBY), susanti, etc.

(All indonesian presidents are javanese except Habibie)
Therefore majority of the Javanese cewek will only have their first name with no family name reflected in their passport and Kartu Tanda Penduduk or KTP (pronounce as car tay pay) (indonesian ic).
