This i must agree,it is truly uncommon for them to play 3some. Took me quite a while for me to coax 2 girls for 3some which i have been planning for a while. And believe me,it didnt turn out too well for the 1st time. Most booking joint girls are better on a one on one and they are more comfortable at it too.

Depending on individual.My hope was to be treated like a King so I dont like princesses or plan to treat any girl like one. I look for OWE therefore i believe i treat my girl more of a queen (with respect). And a Queen is above all except of course,the King himself,hehehe...

Now,these is one of the major problem in this trade. The girls got treated badly,they bent their anger and frustration on the next customers of a particular country,or a customer got treated badly,they treat the next girl badly (or worse) with even more demands..the cycle will just goes on and on. Using some common sense to think,where is everyone ultimately going to end from there?
Imagine if the girls has that mentality, "either we treat others badly or be treated the same" when they were 1st being "treated" badly by their customer...you can probably guess the outcome of their next customer/s or the one after.
My solution : Stop this vicious cycle starting from me and myself.

I believe in Karma. I also believe i will reap what i sowed.
Note : I am not saying we should treat the girl/s so well that we entirely spoiled them. There should be a limit too,it is afterall a transaction.One needs to strike a balance.

Since you talk about 2 side of the coin.
I shall illustrate some past travelling experience. Imagine this,I go to China,the girls in their massage shop gives me services like "ants up the tree" and "hooking up the Moon from the sea bed". I go to Thailand,they give some fantastic soapy massage. And then to Malaysia,where they offer some of the best services. All of a sudden i come to Batam but my mentality is still at China,Thailand and Malaysia. And naturally i will surely be "EXPECTING" something close to those kind of services that i got from those places.
My own expectation begin to stick to one of those places over time. But when i did not get what i am expected to have in those places,it is not considered a good service therefore may get frustrated becos i EXPECTED the same or something similar. Another example,i brought 2 guys to Batam. Guy A only cheong in Sillypore and Malaysia,guy B cheong all over Asia and some part of other contingent. Result : Guy A was able to enjoy Batam better than guy B.
These were my perspectives after some analysis.
