Found a new hotel call Biz Hotel (
http://bizhotelbatam.com/) so just to share some info. It is located near Utama Hotel, so also near to massage places like Tropical Asia, Tulip, Chinatown.
You can check the location using wikiamap. Small room but got good wifi, safety box but no mini bar unless u choose the more expensive room. Breakfast is at 11st Floor rooftop so you can have a bird's eye view around the area, quite unique.
Price was around $50 at weekend, can always check via Agoda.
